Full course description
This module, designed by Dr. Eva George, an Instructional Development Specialist in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, helps frame the concept of the inclusive learning environment. Bias in content of your teaching not only impacts the knowledge and skills of the learners, but also impacts student/faculty retention and, ultimately, the quality of care that you and your learners provide to patients. You will learn within this module the steps you can take to assure explicit expectations, supportive tone, rapport building, psychological safety, and teaching strategies.
