Kim Tartaglia, MD is the Director of Mentorship for the Office of Faculty Advancement, Mentoring, and Engagement and a Professor of Clinical Internal Medicine. In this module, Dr. Tartaglia, explores the roles of mentorship on the professional identity formation of clinician educators. She highlights the differences of mentorship and sponsorship and how to best utilize each and the importance of finding the right match for individual mentor needs.
